It had been rendering pioneering service to the youth who have been coming to center after studies, providing them a safe haven, a home away from home. It also became a cultural centre for the youth and communities and crucial place for meetings and interactions between different kinds of people.

It provided recreation and social programs for teens and young adults, it wasn't long before it was closed by the Derge. I Hope it will continue even if there is a big challenge now.
